Here’s my story

With over ten years of experience in Teaching, Business Consulting, and Life Coaching, coupled with a long history of client success, my tailored approach emphasizes positivity to help you reach your goals.

I once spent what felt like a lifetime in a male dominated industry that didn't resonate with my true self. I thought it was what I wanted but I wasn't happy. Instead of building success I was building depression and "failure". I started to seek joy elsewhere. This temporary fix masked the root cause, leading to a cycle of discontent. I had erroneously associated my identity with my work. My value with what I did for a living. 

A turning point arrived when I faced termination, a devastating moment that forced me to confront what truly brought me joy and success. I discovered a passion for teaching but something was still missing.  I realized there was more that I wanted to do. 

This crucial juncture led me to the Proctor Gallagher Institute, where I embarked on a transformative journey. I learned that we have the power to shape our desires and our futures. By shifting my perspective from fear and anger to one of joy and opportunity, I uncovered the ability to envision the world I wished to create. My life underwent a remarkable and positive transformation. Now, my goal is to extend this wisdom to as many other women who want to change their life for the better.  I lived it and YOU CAN TOO!!
